Oratorical Oracle

Oratorical Oracle is a cooperative obstacle course set somewhere between virtual reality and your living room. In Oratorical Oracle players must communicate with each other to complete challenges as a team. One player, the Oracle, uses the VIVE head mounted display to view the virtual space that the game takes place in. The Oracle can see obstacles and must work with other players to solve puzzles. Two other players, the Believers, wield the VIVE controllers and are not able to see the actual virtual environment but instead achieve the objective given to them by the Oracle. The game focuses on the players' ability to communicate clearly and complete obstacles in a quick manner.

There are four challenges currently in the game which include a wall collapsing, an obstacle course, balls dropping, and a flashlight challenge. In the wall collapsing challenge, walls slowly close in on the play area and leave a small open area that the players must navigate to before the walls touch them. In the obstacle course, walls of various height slowly approach the player and the Oracle must explain how to dodge them. In the ball dropping challenge, a timer counts down indicating how much time the players must survive from balls dropping out of the sky. Finally, in the flashlight challenge, a timer appears representing the amount of time remaining before the team fails. The Believers turn into flashlights and must find a hidden red box and both point at it. Red obstacles kill both the Oracle and the Believers when touched while the blue obstacles only kill the Believers.
